The 2nd Mercosur Camping and Caravanning Forum will take place on 26 and 27 November 2026, during the 10th ExpoMotorhome, at the Espaço Talks room set aside for the event at Expotrade, from 9 am to 1 pm.

It will include lectures, scientific paper presentations, research and interactive panels on the following topics:

  • Public policy for camping and caravanning in Mercosur.
  • Scientific output on camping and caravanning: presentation of research and papers.
  • Campsite infrastructure and its relationship with rural tourism and natural parks.
  • Observatory of Mercosur Caravanning Associations and Clubs.

2Registration

Registration can be completed in advance on the SISAP Eventos platform or in person at the Expo desk during the event. Participants receive a certificate, issued after the event on the same platform.

4Paper submission

Accepted in Portuguese or Spanish, in three formats: scientific article, extended abstract and multimedia presentation. At least one author must be registered for the Forum and present the accepted paper in person or remotely; for multimedia presentations the first author may present online. Review is blind: the file must not identify the authors. Full rules in the call for papers.

Up to 3 written papers and 3 multimedia presentations per author or group. Authors cannot be added after acceptance.
